Little Girls
Have you ever seen Little Orphan Annie?
Remember when Carol Burnett sings that song about little girls?
Some women are dripping with diamonds,
Some women are dripping with pearls.
Lucky me, lucky me
look at what I'm dripping with-
Little girls.
I love my Little Girls, but that's exactly how I felt this week.
All I can say is I'm grateful that this week is over!
I'm also grateful for wonderful friends who got Joe and I out of the house
for a fun over-nighter in Midway.
It was much needed after this week.
